A. Telegram and account identifiers
- Telegram user ID, username, and display name as provided by Telegram
- language settings and basic device or session logs
B. Profile and creator info
- name, phone, and email if provided
- location such as city or country, plus niche or category
- portfolio links and social handles such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- shipping address and sizing info only if needed for sample delivery
C. Orders and deliverables
- Order applications, acceptances, deadlines, submissions, and revision history
- uploaded content files, drafts, and final Deliverables
D. Performance and analytics
- views, clicks, engagement, and other performance metrics where available
- aggregated marketplace stats such as average performance by niche
E. Payments
- payout destination identifiers for bank, card, wallet, or account transfers
- payout amounts, status, and receipts or invoices
- we aim not to collect full card credentials where a payment provider can handle them
F. Communications
- support requests, messages, attachments, and timestamps
2. Why we use data
We use data to:
- create and manage accounts and provide the Platform
- match Creators with Brand Orders
- facilitate delivery, revisions, dispute resolution, and support
- process payouts and accounting
- prevent fraud or abuse and enforce policies
- improve the Platform through analytics and product improvement
- provide portfolio and history features
- send service updates and, where permitted, marketing with opt-out
3. Legal bases
We process data based on:
- contract performance to provide the Platform
- legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, improvement, and marketplace integrity
- consent where required, including for certain cookies or marketing
- legal obligations such as accounting, tax, and lawful requests
4. Content storage and AI use
We store creator Deliverables for Platform operation and portfolio or history features. By default, we may use Deliverables and performance metadata to improve our matching and analytics and to train or improve models.

5. Who we share data with
We may share data with:
- Brands you apply to or work with, including profile, deliverables, and necessary contact or shipping details
- service providers such as hosting, analytics, customer support, and payments under contract
- authorities if legally required or needed to protect rights or safety
- business transfer parties in a merger or acquisition, with safeguards
Brands may act as independent controllers of data they receive.
6. International transfers
We may use infrastructure or providers in other countries. We use reasonable safeguards such as contracts, access controls, and security measures where required.
7. Retention
We keep data as long as necessary for:
- service delivery and portfolio or history features
- fraud prevention, safety, and disputes
- accounting, tax, and legal obligations
Typical retention is up to 1 year after account deletion unless longer retention is required or justified.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location and law, you may request:
- access, correction, or deletion
- restriction or objection
- portability
- withdrawal of consent where used
